Together we will tap into the wisdom of our bodies and the natural world through movement, drawing and poetic writing to explore what is alive in us right now, and generate new resources to bring into our daily lives.

No experience necessary, just a willingness to listen to the wisdom of your body and what it has to say.

Our beautiful venue requires that visitors are fully vaccinated. A photograph of your vaccine card will need to be emailed to me at least 48 hours prior to the event.
