Embodied Teen Support Group

A supportive group for teens that teaches body-mind awareness and emotional regulation skills in a small, supportive environment. Weekly sessions combine gentle movement exercises, breathing techniques, drawing, journaling, and discussion, empowering teens to access their own body intelligence as an inner resource for managing anxiety and building personal resilience.

Women’s Creative Resiliency Group

5:30pm-6:30pm Fridays

$25 per session

Resilience is defined as an ability to flexibly adapt to challenging, adverse, or traumatic events. This ability to “bounce back” from difficult life experiences is not a trait we are born with, but rather a set of strategies that can be learned and practiced. In this weekly group, we will explore mindful movement, art-making, journaling, and meaningful conversation in a safe and comfortable group environment, creating community and building personal resilience, TOGETHER.
